Topic
An updated hwdata package that adds various enhancements is now available for
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.
Description
The hwdata package contains tools for accessing and displaying hardware
identification and configuration data.
This update adds the following enhancements:
- This update introduces support for the IMMv2 management controller and the
integrated Matrox MGA-G200ER graphics chipset. (BZ#592427)
- This update enables hardware support for upcoming Intel products releases.
(BZ#571823)
- The pci.ids database has been updated according to the latest upstream
changes. (BZ#677671)
All users of hwdata are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which adds
these enhancements.
