A new package, spice-usb-redirector, which enables host operating systems

spice-usb-redirector is a non-free USB driver used to share USB devices
with a guest operating system.

The spice-usb-redirector provides USB-over-network capabilities when

module, a service daemon to handle the devices and a controller utility
which intermediates between SPICE and the USB service daemon. (BZ#574386)

Users wanting host operating systems to make USB devices available to guest
operating systems should install this new package.
