Updated kernel packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 5.3 Long Life.
problem description
The kernel packages contain the Linux kernel, the core of any Linux operating
system.
This update fixes the following bug:
- Prior to this update, the ERESTARTNOINTR error code could be returned if a
subsystem cleared the TIF_SIGPENDING flag during error handling in fork() paths.
The underlying source code has been modified so that the error code is no longer
returned. (BZ#855752)
Note: the system must be rebooted for this update to take effect.
All users are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.
Solution

relevant to your system have been applied.
