RHBA-2006:0569 - Bug Fix Advisory
Synopsis
brltty bugfix update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Topic
Updated brltty packages that fix a bug are now available.
Description
BRLTTY is a background process (daemon) which provides access to the
Linux/Unix console (when in text mode) for a blind person using a
refreshable braille display. It drives the braille display, and provides
complete screen review functionality.
The brltty package did not contain a proper "prereq" field, which could
cause installation problems for new systems where the "coreutils" package
was not yet installed.
Users of brltty are advised to apply these packages, which resolve this
issue.
Solution
Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata

This update is available via Red Hat Network. To use Red Hat Network,
launch the Red Hat Update Agent with the following command:
