Synopsis
tcltk bug fix update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Topic
Updated tcltk packages that fix a bug are now available.
Description
Tcl is a simple scripting language designed to be embedded into other
applications. Tcl is designed to be used with Tk, a widget set.
The postinstall scriptlet in the tcl package displayed two errors messages
indicating that the ln command cannot be found. The problem was caused by
a lack of proper dependency information in the tcl package. The dependency
information is used to order packages for installation.
Users are advised to upgrade to these updated tcltk packages, which resolve
this issue.
