An updated rgmanager package that fixes various bugs is now available.
Description
The rgmanager utility provides services to a Linux cluster.
The following issues have been discovered and addressed in this update:
- clustat now outputs similarly-formatted and correct data whether or not
the node is running rgmanager and/or GuLM.
- rgmanager now removes virtual IP's when an IP service is stopped when
IP's are specified with a subnet mask.
- rgmanager now monitors file systems for read/write access.
- extra debugging information was added to rgmananger.
Users are advised to upgrade to this updated rgmanager package, which
resolves these issues.
Solution
Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
This update is available via Red Hat Network. To use Red Hat Network,
launch the Red Hat Update Agent with the following command:
up2date
This will start an interactive process that will result in the appropriate
RPMs being upgraded on your system.
