An updated firstboot package that fixes various problems is now available.
Description
The firstboot utility runs the first time the system reboots after
installation. It guides the user through the configuration process and
allows for custom system settings.
With some network configuration, firstboot would hang while attempting to
reach the network.
All users should upgrade to this updated version, which resolves this
issue.
Solution
Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
This update is available via Red Hat Network. To use Red Hat Network,
launch the Red Hat Update Agent with the following command:
up2date
This will start an interactive process that will result in the appropriate
RPMs being upgraded on your system.
