RHBA-2005:568 - Bug Fix Advisory
Synopsis
metacity bug fix update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Topic
An updated metacity package that fixes various issues is now available.
Description
Metacity is a simple window manager that integrates with GNOME.
This update contains the following fixes and enhancements to metacity:
- Clicking a window title bar resulted in the window "sticking" to the
mouse.
- Unrolling/unshading a window in wireframe mode resulted in leftover
artifacts on the screen.
- Edge snapping did not work correctly.
- Resizing tooltips did not show up for constrained windows in reduced
resources mode.
All users of metacity should upgrade to this updated package, which
resolves these issues.
