RHBA-2004:385 - Bug Fix Advisory
Synopsis
Updated gcc packages
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Topic
Updated GNU Compiler Collection (GCC) packages that address various issues
are now available.
Description
The gcc packages include C, C++, Java, Fortran 77, Objective C, and Ada 95
GNU compilers and support libraries.
These updated packages fix several bugs in GCC. The most important change
included is a completely rewritten demangler in both the c++filt and
libsupc++/libstdc++ utilities, which follow the demangling standard more
closely than with previous releases.
All users of gcc should upgrade to these updated packages, which
resolve these issues.
