An updated hwdata package that adds enhancements is now available.
Description
The hwdata package contains tools for accessing and displaying hardware
identification and configuration data, such as the pci.ids and MonitorsDB
databases.
This updated package adds the following enhancements:
- The MonitorsDB database has been updated to add the following:
3 ACER monitors
656 LG monitors
2 NEC monitors
1 OKI monitor
Additionally, 12 Acer monitors were duplicated in the database; listed both
under their model name and under the name of their driver for Microsoft
Windows operating systems. The latter entries have been removed. Some
existing entries in the database were updated to indicate the availability
of DPMS support.

Users of hwdata are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which adds
these enhancements.
