sg3_utils enhancement update

Updated sg3_utils packages that include the latest upstream version
are now available.

The sg3_utils packages are a collection of Linux utilities for devices that
use the SCSI command set. Included are utilities to copy data, check
INQUIRY data and VPD pages, check mode and log pages, spin up and down
disks, and various other functions.

This update rebases the sg3_utils package from version 1.20 to 1.25. Some
of the changes include:

* Numerous new tools:
- sg_stpg: Set Target Port Groups
- sg_safte: Query SAF-TE processor (SES like)
- sg_sat_set_features: Send ATA SET FEATURES command
- sg_raw: Send arbitrary SCSI commands
- sg_read_buffer: Send a READ BUFFER command
- sg_write_buffer: Send a WRITE BUFFER command
- sg_vpd: Decode VPD pages
- sg_rdac: Modify RDAC Redundant Controller Page

* Countless bugfixes

* Added new options and parameters to various utilities

Users are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which contain these
enhancements.
