Details

An updated ipw3945-ucode package that updates the vendor-supplied
microcode is now available.

This package contains the firmware files required by the ipw3945 driver for
Linux.

An updated version of the vendor-supplied microcode for IP3945 WiFi
chipsets has been made available by the Intel Corporation.

All users of the IP3945 WiFi chipsets are advised to upgrade to these
updated packages, which add this enhancement.
