OpenIPMI enhancement update

New OpenIPMI packages that contain the initscripts, userlevel
libraries and tools for IPMI support are now available.

The Open IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) project develops
an open code base to allow access to platform information. These packages
contain the tools of the OpenIPMI project.

All users that require IPMI support should install these new packages.

Note: Although rebuilds from source RPMs are not supported by Red Hat,
rebuilds on 64-bit machines will only work if the 32-bit
net-snmp-devel package is not installed.

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied. Use Red Hat
Network to download and update your packages. To launch the Red Hat
Update Agent, use the following command:

up2date
