Details

An updated wget package that adds large file support is now available.

GNU Wget is a file retrieval utility that can use either the HTTP or
FTP protocols.

This updated package adds support for downloads of files larger than 2 GB.

All users of wget should upgrade to this updated package, which adds this
enhancement.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied. Use Red Hat
Network to download and update your packages. To launch the Red Hat
Update Agent, use the following command:

up2date
