Details

An updated amtu package that adds a CAPP/EAL3 compliant configuration for
use on Itanium systems is now available.

AMTU is the Abstract Machine Test Utility. It is used to verify that
underlying protections of system hardware are being enforced as required by
Controlled Access Protection Profile (CAPP) FPT_AMT.1.

This version of the AMTU package has been certified under CAPP/EAL3 for use
in testing the compliance of systems.

If a CAPP/EAL3 certified system is intended to be run on the Itanium
platform, this package is needed. For other architectures, the
installation of this version of the package is optional if you already have
previous versions of this package.
