Synopsis
python-jinja2 bugfix update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Red Hat Insights patch analysis
Identify and remediate systems affected by this advisory.
Topic
An updated python-jinja2 package that fixes one bug is now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 7.
Description
The python-jinja2 package contains Jinja2, a template engine written in pure
Python. Jinja2 provides a Django inspired non-XML syntax but supports inline
expressions and an optional sandboxed environment.
This update fixes the following bug:
- Due to dependencies being in an "optional" repository, the docker-registry
package failed to be installed. This update ensures that all the dependencies
are in the "extras" repository, and docker-registry installation now succeeds.
(BZ#1204852)
Users of python-jinja2 are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
fixes this bug.
