Details

An updated bash package that fixes a bug is now available.

The GNU Bourne Again shell (Bash) is a shell or command language
interpreter that is compatible with the Bourne shell (sh). Bash also
incorporates useful features from the Korn shell (ksh) and the C shell
(csh). Bash is the default shell for Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

This updated package addresses the following issue:

* previously, bash did not wait for a child process if that child process's
PID was recycled. In some circumstances this caused "Resource temporarily
unavailable" errors. With this update, bash recycles child process PIDs
and, consequently, waits for child processes as expected. (BZ#531235)

All users of bash are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
resolves this issue.

errata relevant to your system have been applied.
