RHBA-2009:1084 - Bug Fix Advisory
Synopsis
rgmanager bug-fix update
Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Topic
Updated rgmanager packages that fix various bugs are now available.
Description
The rgmanager packages contain the Red Hat Resource Group Manager, which
provides high availability of critical server applications.
This update applies the following bug fixes:
- Cluster events that were not caused by users caused rgmanager to fail to
close file descriptors. With this update, rgmanager no longer leaks file
descriptors during cluster events.
- Clustat/clusvcadm performance has been improved.
All users of the Red Hat Resource Group Manager are advised to upgrade to
these updated packages, which resolve these issues.
