kdebase bug fix update

Updated kdebase packages that fix various bugs are now available.

The K Desktop Environment (KDE) is a graphical desktop environment for the
X Window System. The kdebase packages include core applications for the K
Desktop Environment.

These updated packages fix the following bugs:

* after disabling and re-enabling the Analog Real-time Synthesizer (aRts)
from the KDE Control Center, it was not possible to enable KNotifications:
the "Arts Init" and "Use Arts" options in "~/.kde/share/config/knotifyrc"
were set to "false.

* in dual-screen environments, Kscreensaver spawned multiple processes. If
a system was configured to lock after [x] minutes of idle time, the
"kdesktop_lock" command was run every [x] minutes, even if the screen was
already locked.

* when logging off, the KDE Display Manager (kdm) did not, in some
circumstances, properly reset the state of resources managed by
pam_console. This presented as kdm not coming up after logging off (leaving
the screen blank) or as "pam_setcred(DELETE_CRED)" errors being thrown
after re-starting.

All KDE users are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which
resolve these issues.

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
