net-tools bug fix and enhancement update

An updated net-tools package that fixes various bugs and adds an
enhancement is now available.

The net-tools package contains basic networking tools, including ifconfig,
netstat, and route.

This updated package fixes the following bugs:

* the "ifconfig" command trimmed network interface names if they were
longer than 9 characters. In this updated package, network interface
names longer than 9 characters are displayed correctly.

* the init script for the netplug daemon, netplugd, returned incorrect
error codes, causing the "status" command to return an incorrect status. In
this updated package, the netplugd init script is Linux Standard Base (LSB)
compliant, which resolves this issue.

As well, the netstat man page has been updated to describe the statistics
output from the "netstat -s" command.

Users of net-tools are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
resolves these issues and adds this enhancement.

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
