Details

An updated procps package that fixes a bug is now available.

The procps package contains a set of system utilities that provide system
information. The procps package includes ps, free, skill, snice, sysctl,
tload, top, uptime, vmstat, w, and watch.

This updated procps package fixes a bug in which top did not properly honor
the ordering settings in the .toprc configuration file. This has been fixed
so that all the settings in the .toprc file are honored.

Users are advised to upgrade to this updated procps package, which resolves
this issue.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
