Updated packages that resolve an issue are now available.
The packages perl-XML-LibXML and perl-XML-LibXML-Common are perl modules
for working with XML.
These updated perl-XML-LibXML-Common packages fix a bug in which certain
files were installed honoring the umask of the user performing the install.
This has been fixed so that those files are installed with the proper
permissions.
Users are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which resolve this
issue.
Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
