Details

Updated control-center packages that resolve several issues are now available.

GNOME is an attractive and easy-to-use GUI desktop environment. The
control-center package provides the GNOME Control Center utilities that
allow you to setup and configure your system's GNOME environment (things
like the desktop background and theme, the screensaver, system sounds, and
mouse behavior).

These updated control-center packages provide fixes for the following bugs:

* GNOME's System -> Preference -> About Me dialog would not update itself
with newly-entered information on subsequent attempts (those made after the
initial one) to change the information listed therein. This has been fixed
so that any subsequent changes to the "About Me" information will update
and display correctly."

* The About Me "Close" dialog button was not visible when viewed on
displays measuring 800x600 or smaller.

* The GNOME Keyboard Shortcuts dialog did not configure the "Volume up" and
"Volume down" keyboard actions by default.

All users of control-center are advised to upgrade to these updated
packages, which resolve these issues.
