Updated x3270 packages that resolve several issues are now available.
x3270 is an emulator for the IBM 3278 (monochrome) and 3279 (color) terminals.
[Updated 27 February 2008]
* x3270 is no longer dependent upon the libicu-devel package.
These updated x3270 packages provide fixes for the following bugs:
* font sizes did not scale up appropriately when the window was enlarged.
* the '--enable-app-defaults' option did not work the same as it did in
previous versions of this package.
* incompatibility with icu-3.6 caused an RPM build failure. The package is
now built with a newer, compatible version of icu.
* the man page for x3270 was missing from the RPM.
Users are advised to upgrade to these updated x3270 packages, which resolve
these issues.
Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
