Details

An updated emacspeak package that fixes a bug is now available.

Emacspeak is a speech interface that allows visually impaired users to
interact independently and efficiently with the computer using Emacs.

The emacspeak package did not require the emacs packages. Without the emacs
packages emacspeak can not work. In these updated packages emacspeak
requires emacs, which resolves this issue.

All emacspeak users are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
resolves this issue.
