sysstat bug fix update

Updated sysstat packages that address a sar bug are now available.

The sysstat package provides the sar and iostat commands. These commands
enable system monitoring of disk, network, and other I/O activity.

This update applies the following fix:

* CPU utilization statistics are now correctly reported when the counter used
for utilization overflows. The previous version displayed the wrong value
when overflow happened.

All users of sysstat should upgrade to these updated packages, which apply
these fixes.

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied. Use Red Hat
Network to download and update your packages. To launch the Red Hat
Update Agent, use the following command:

up2date
