| Last updated on: | 2005-06-09 |

Details
An updated elinks package that fixes a crash bug is now available.
Elinks is a text mode Web browser used from the command line that supports
rendering modern webpages.
Previously, elinks would crash due to memory exhaustion when rendering
HTML tables of an extremly large size as defined by large COLSPAN or ROWSPAN
attributes. Rendering these large tables consumed all of the system
memory, because there was no limit within elinks on the size of these
attributes.
All users of elinks should upgrade tho this updated package, which resolves
this issue.
